Return and Refund Policy

Returns:

We hope that our product meets your expectations, but just in case it doesn’t-we have your back! Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery date of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items damaged or used are not eligible for return. Blue Star Coloring reserves the right to refuse a refund if the the item is used or damaged.

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping if the item is returned. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

At this time, we are not able to process international returns. If you are an international customer and need assistance with your order, please email contact@bluestarcoloring.com so we can assist you.We reserve the right to run sales and discounts on our items at any time. Please understand that we will not provide a refund to account for pricing changes.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We will replace items if they were defective or damaged when you received them and within our 30-day return period. If you need to make an exchange, send us an email at contact@bluestarcoloring.com to begin the exchange process. We will send you a shipping label (shipping is on us!) Shipping: To return your product, please mail your product to: 3610 Avenue B, San Antonio, TX 78209. All exchanges will be shipped no later then 14 days after receipt at The Blue Star Coloring facility. Depending on where you live the arrival time may vary.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

General Shipping Policy

Orders are processed in the Blue Star Coloring facility each business day of the week. Orders are processed within 48 hours from the time they are placed. Orders take one to two business days to be entered into the carrier's system and for tracking information to populate in your automatically sent shipment notification email.For additional questions regarding your shipment, please email contact@bluestarcoloring.com
